Thesis statement: The report is going to focus on how Singapore manages tourism industry with its limited natural resources.

Introduction: Under successful management, Singapore has become a world-renowned tourism city with good refinement of tourist attraction, wonderful exhibits of cultural diversity and perfect infrastructure.

Since 1960s, Singapore government has adopted several policies and management to promote tourism industry.

effect: get attraction efficiently

b.      measure adjustment

cater to the need of tourists + successful marketing

e.g. integrated resort

2.       exhibits of cultural diversity --- charm of a cosmopolitan city

Various festivals serve as attractions to foreign tourists

b.      shopping centres

c.       clean environment

d.      security

4.       complete industry chain

tourism industry associates with service industry

selling souvenirs and other products
